In this post you will find all the Excel grocery list templates that I have created and use regularly. I probably don’t need to tell you how awesome Excel is when it comes to making lists, adding prices and having the freedom to manage that data to your liking.
When you start using MS Excel templates, you realize that your life can change significantly if you plan little things, like your weekly groceries, since ultimately that saves you time and money on each trip to the grocery store.
All my Excel grocery list templates are editable, meaning that you’ll be able to add your own products, prices, departments and grocery store aisles. And you can download them for free!

Even if you don’t know how to use Excel, you can download any of my templates and edit them in seconds, whether adding the products you buy regularly or new categories.
The advantage of having all that information right in front of you is that it lets you quickly see what you spend on greens, meat, fish or snacks, for instance. You will also be able to notice whether there is any product that you can do away with, or if you are spending too much on beer.
Using a spreadsheet, it is quite easy to stick to a budget or see the products you are spending the most on in a graph. For example, I also write down in which store I should buy each thing, since there is always some product that is cheaper in certain stores or at the market.
I will slowly be adding new templates, so swing by every once in a while to check out what’s new!
